Discussion on American Legion request for permission to
erect a flag pile at the cemetery. Motion duly made, seconded
and carried to approve said erection if it is at the laws of
the Cemetery office. Sectetary to notify the Legion Committee.
Motion duly made, seconded and carried that we hire John
Dunn on a full time basis as an assistant to Frank Scoville.
Said appointment to be effective March 25th or as soon there-
after as possible.

Richard Mead, from Mead's Nursery stopped in at the
meeting and talked with us about plantings for the cemetery
and office areas, including foundation plantings. He is going
to submit prices and recommendations on same..
Secretary to contact Town Surveyor, John Van Dusen and
Highway superintendent, Bernard Codner in regard to granding,
roadways, etc.
