Receipts: Sale of Lots $1,305.00 Interments 580.00 Foundations 118.00 $2,003.00 Discussion on the fact that our request for money to be placed in the 1969 Budget to cover the cost of a new Dump Truck for the Pine View Cemetery has been turned down by the Town Board and the amount deleted from the proposed budget. We will contact the Cemetery Committee of the Town Board to see if anything can be worked out to secure the much needed truck. Supt. is to investigate the possiblity of such use and further discussion be held. Town Board has agreed to let us purchase a new truck and bids for same are to be opened at the Town Hall on Dec. 12th. Supt. Frank Scoville, who is retiring because of reaching `mandatory age limit 1 plus a 1 year extension granted him) , offered to sell the Town his personal tools, lawn mower, saws, etc. which have been used at the Pineview cemetery for many years for a total price of $150.00. The matter was discussed and a motion was duly made, seconded & carried that we purchase the same. Frank Scoville is to prepare and submit a voucher for same.
