Minutes of the
May 11, 2016—9:00 a.m.

Superintendent: Connie Goedert
Commissioner: Donna Partridge

The meeting was called to order at 9 a.m.
Executive Session: None required
Regular Session:
Foundations have been poured.
Summer help has been hired, Michael Brunelle, Kaleb Stockman and Gavin Wasson.
Senior Give Back day will be on May 26th.
New fireproof file cabinets were ordered and delivered.
Clean-up and mowing of all cemeteries is complete.
Miscellaneous:
Review of financials-including lot sales.
With no further business the meeting was adjourned at 10:05 a.m.
