has been called for left over business from last night to be
followed by an executive session regarding litigation.
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF SCRAP
METAL FROM TOWN OF QUEENSBURY-CITY OF GLENS FALLS LANDFILL
RESOLUTION NO_. 388, 1989, Introduced by Mrs . Marilyn
Fotenza who moved for its adoption, seconded by Mrs . Betty
fIFPFAS , the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, in
accordance with the provisions of Section 103 of the General
Ml-tnicipal Law, advertised for bids and received bids for the
removal and disposal of scrap metal from the Town of
�?.!eenslury - City of Glens Falls Landfill ,. and
WHEREAS' , R. Brown and Sons, Inc. , submitted the lowest bid
fr)r: the removal of said scrap metal and James Coughlin,
l.,anrlf i l l Sia.perintendent, has recommended the acceptance of
this bid,
NOW , 'rHEREFORE BE IT
PESOLaVED, {-hat the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury
hereby approves and authorizes the award of the bid for the
removal of scrap metal from the Town of Queensbury - City of
Glens Falls Landfill to R. Brown and Sons, Inc . , upon
r. e-eipt of proof of insurance and necessary hauling
and execution of all necessary contract documents

Tcwn Attorney Dusek-The only concern that I had was I wanted
to del;ermine whether or not it was necessary to have a
particular license from the Dept. of Motor Vehicles, which
it i , T have put that in as part of the resolution, that
