Hatin to speak to the Town Board . . . Mr. . Dave Hatin-Director of Building & Codes-Spoke to the Towi) Board in regard to a septic problem at Long John Silvers . . . I am aware that they applied for a sewer dist . e<;tension . . . noted that during -the weekend their holding tanks overflowed into the street. . .they were advised Friday to pump them out I spoke to Bill Bodenweiser the Fire Marshal , the condition still existed over the weekend, Mr. Burt Martin was there this morning there was still evidence of seepage onto the ground, from what we could tell it would take a lot of pressure for this to come up through the around so obviously they are not pumping on an as needed basis . They are pumping on a regular schedule which is not enough . What I would like from this Board, if I should see this problem persist, the management has been warned as of a half hour ago that they are to look into this condition and pump more regularly then necessary until they are hooked I-1p. If this should become an issue again, do I have 180 lIeI-n,i.sG i r,n from t.hi_s Board to CIn- se t.hP building until we a.r, 4PPk! a remedy from ±.his Board? 7_t f.".0 SSION HELD-(Councilman Monahan entered the nPAti.ng) Sttpervisor Borgos-requested that no drastic action )— '-aken i?nti. l. the Board. convenes . . .('nhn-c11man Montesi-Leviewed the status of the proposed sewer line >r,.rompassing Pizza Hitt and Long John Siler. , noted that Pizza tzt is in favor of the 600 ' additional sewer line by cnrn+:rac-t but the Long John Silver turned down the r r cposa.l . . .("ounr-,i lmari Monahan-Requested that the Building 4-r confirm in writing to Long John Silver what was to q them to communicate with you has it been }:•e rinn . and 35k Y -- (jop . . .Tnt, ,,n Attorney 1 usek-noted. that this may be put in the arm of a resolution. . .
