FURTHER RESOLVE that the Superintendent of' Highways be and_ ia_hereby authorized and .directed to enter into a contract with the Duero Oil Company -for the supplying of said gasoline to the Town of Queensbury, agreeable to thetterms and conditions expressed in the notice calling for the bids and the proposal received from the Duero Oil Company. Mr. Miller, Mr. Lmapson, Mr, Akins and Mr. Webster Noes - None The Superintendent of Highways announced that Clean-Up Day for the Town of Queensbury was to be Monday, May let, 1961. ` An application was received from the Queensbury Central Volunteer .Eire Company Inc. requesting that its bingo license for the year 1961 be amended to include each of the Saturday nights in the.Month_of May. k RESOLUTION NO. introduced by Mr. Miller and seconded by Mr. Akins. WHEREAS the Queensbury Central Volunteer Fire Company Inc Baas sub. mitted its application to amend its bingo license by adding .more occasions and j and WHEREAS the required fee of' $40.00 was received with the application WHEREAS an investigation has been made by this Board and after-:such investigation the Board makes the following findings . and determinations- - 1. That the applicant is a qualified organization .as defined- by I law; 2. That all the members designated to conduct gases are bonafide active members of the applicant organization; - 3. That all the members designated to conduct games, and the assist- ants, are of good. moral character; _ 4. That all the members designated to conduct games, and the assist. ants, have never been convicted .of a crimp; 5. That the games are to be held according to the Bingo Licensing Law, the Rules and Regulations of the State Lottery Control Com. mission, and local ordinances; 6. That the entire net proceeds are to be used solely for purposes i i 217 Permitted by the Bingo Licensing Law; 79 That there is satisfactory proof that no commission, salary, compensation, reward or recompense will be paid or given to any person for conducting the games or assisting therein, except to the extent allowed by Law; 8. That there is satisfactory proof that the type and value of prizes will conform to Law; 9. That no rent for the premises is being paid and as a result of the findings and determinations stated above, license is granted. FURTHER RESOLVE that the Town Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed to sign the necessary findings and determinations and issue an amendment license to conduct bingo games in accordance with the application received.
