Stanley B. Miller (absent) Councilman The Board was called to O#d#r by the Supervisor at 7:30 p.m. The following Collectors and Superintendents of the water districts were present: Theodore Turner, collector and superintendent of the Ridge Road Water District Jack Crannell, superintendent and collector of the West -Glens Falls Water District George Liapes, superintendent and collector of the North Glens Falls Water District. The Board.generally discussed with the colleetors 'and superintendents their responsibilities and duties. Numerous questions were asked by Mr. Crannell and Mr. Liapes respecting_their duties. There was also discussed among the members of the Board and the collectors the installation of meters and ninerous sugges- tions were made and discussed respecting the method of billing the consumers of water and the rates charged. Mr. Crannell suggested that the method of billing to the consumers could be improved. At 11:15 pea. the Board adjourned. R. Surprenant was present and discussed with the Board chairs for the use of the moaners of the Board and he exhibited two chairs to the members* Ralph Shapiro also was present and displayed chairs to the Board and discussed the various features of the same. The Board generally discussed among the members the type of chair which would be most suitable and action thereon was deferred until sane future time* At this point in the meeting Mr. Bentley entered and participated in the meeting. The Board generally. discussed the application of Howard Ladd for a sunk yard license and the location thereof. After considerable discussion the Board felt that ip&sauch as there was a junk yard on each side of his property, it would not be fair to refuse him a licensee Resolution Noe 43 introduced by Justice Bentley, seconded by Councilman Lampoon:
