Resolution #- 68, introduced by Justice Bentley, seconded by Councilman

RESOLVED that the Town of Queensbury `accepts for highway pur-
poses all of ,the lands conveyed for such purposes in the following
deeds:
Floyd K. Ellsworth and Mabel 'C Ellsworth, h;s wife,
to the, Town of Qu.eensbury, dated June 29, 1956 inten-
ding to. convey their portion of Sunset Drive between
Gilmor Avenue and Hod.gins Road and a portion of Buena
Vista. Avenue;;
Floyd K. Ellmyorth and Mabe4Ellsworth, his wife, to the
Town, of. Queensbury,• dated• June 29, 1956, a continuation
of Sunset Driver Pinewood Avenue between the Aviation Road
and Lynn. Avenue , and Woodlaum Avenue between Ly�,n Ave.
Woodlawn Ave. ,; and Lynn Ave.. between Ogren Avenue and the
junction of Lynn Ave. and Woodl:awn Ave.
The foregoing is subject to the approval of the County Attorney
as to form of the instruments of conveyance.
