RESOLUTION APPOINTING DANIEL HALL AS SUBSTITUTE SCHOOL TRAFFIC OFFICER
RESOLUTION NO.: 398, 2000

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Theodore Turner
WHEREAS, a vacant substitute School Traffic Officer (Crossing Guard) position exists within the
Town of Queensbury and the Town Board wishes to appoint someone to this position,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Daniel M. Hall as a substitute
School Traffic Officer (Crossing Guard) effective October 12th, 2000 at the current rate of pay for the
position, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or
Town Comptroller's Office to complete any forms and take any actions necessary to effectuate the terms of
this Resolution.
