DISCUSSION:
GLENS F ALLS/QUEENSBURY SEWER AGREEMENT
Supervisor Dennis Brower-Opened the Special Town Board Meeting of the Queensbury Town Board. We
just received language we have been going back and forth with our Attorneys all morning and early
afternoon and we just received the final language that the City proposed for our contract. We were down to
really one section where we had disagreement on because we have not had opportunity to discuss this
work, I would like to adjourn briefly for Attorney Client privilege so the Attorney can brief us on the
changes.

Supervisor Dennis Brower-Noted that the Attorney reviewed with the Board the language that was passed
by the Water and Sewer Board and the Common Counsel, noting a new paragraph was added #12.02.04,
stating "Not withstanding Section 2 of this agreement shall not exceed the maximum amount of time
approved by the State of New York for the sales tax agreement between Warren County and the City." The
Board is not in agreement with this language.

RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury here by adjourns its Special Meeting.

ABSENT: Mr. Turner
