At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Towri of
Queensbury, held on'the abave - date at the'-Town Clerk's
j Office at 7 :30 P.M. , the following members were present;
H.Russell Harris Supervisor
Henry Sleight Justice of the peace
Meredith Bentley Justice of the Peace
. Curtis Lampson Councilman
Raymond Walkup Councilman
E�rneot Lackey Town Supt .of Highways also present :
Minutes of Regular meeting held on January 26th read and
approved.
Mr Nolan and Mr Ouderkirk called on theboard in reference
to drainage .along the meadow Brook Road. The `Toard "generally
discussed the matter with them in reference to formation
of a drainage district.
The Town Board generally discussed the matter of releasing
'the :-lighway moneys with the Town Superintendent of Highways
and signed the agreement releasing the moneys for Highway
Work.
Resolution No. 12 Introduced by Justice Sleight, seconded

by Justice Bentley.
It was res&lved that the office of Town Welfare Officer be
maintained for the coming year at a salary of $100. per
hear.
Further resolved that Mrs Anna McCaghev be and is' hereby ,
reappointed to serve at the pleasure of the Board.
Duly adopted by thefollowing vote :

Mr ,,Harris.
