John Davidson, 13 Ashley Place, requested permission to hook up the the Pershing Ashley Coolidge Sewer System. . . it was suggested that the location be confirmed as to whether it is in the PAC Dist . . . . it was noted that if it was , there was no objection to Mr . Davidson hooking up, this will be confirmed with the City of Glens Falls . . . DISCUSSION HELD ON WATER DEPT. BUDGET RESOLUTION CALLING FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION RESOLUTION NO. 609 , 1990 , Introduced. by Mrs . Betty Monahan who moved for its adoption , seconded by Mr. George Kurosaka: RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby moves into executive session to discuss personnel . Monahan, Mr. Borgos Noes : None Absent : None RESOLUTION TO RECONVENE RESOLUTION NO. 610 , 1990 , Introduced by Mr . Ronald Montesi who moved for its adoption, seconded by Mrs . Marilyn Potenza: RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby moves back into Regular Session. Duly adopted this 23rd . day of October, 1990 , by the following vote : Ayes : Mr. Kurosaka , Mrs . Potenza, Mr. Montesi , Mrs . Monahan, Mr . Borgos Noes : None Absent :None RESOLUTION APPROVING EMPLO MENT OF RECREATION SPECIALIST RESOLUTION NO. 611 , 1990 , Introduced by Mr . George Kurosaka, who moved for its adoption, seconded by Mrs . Betty Monahan: WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, by virtue of Section 20 of the Town Law of the State of New York, has the authority to employ such employees as the Town Board may determine necessary for the proper conduct of the affairs of the Town of Queensbufry , and WHEREAS , Mr. Harold Hansen, Recreation Director advertised �cl •� in the Post-Star and the Albany Times Union the availability of the position of Recreation Program Specialist and WHEREAS , Mr . Hansen has advised by letter that he has reviewed applications , resume ' s and conducted interviews , and recommends that Mr . Steven M. Lovering be appointed as Recreation Program Specialist , NOW , THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , that the Town Board of the Town of Oueensbury, pursuant to Section 20 of the Town Law of the State of New York, hereby creates the position of Recreation Program Specialist for the Town of Queensbury and appoints Mr. Steven M. Lovering as Recreation Program Specialist and with his bi-weekly salary to be based upon the rate of $18 , 500 . per year and hereby approves his commencement of work at such time as the Director of Parks and Recreation deems appropriate .
