The Town Superintendent of Highways presented his records for audit. The Board proceeded to audit, the record of the Supervisor, Justice of the Peace and TQwn Superintendent of Highways at at 12.00 O 'clock- No on rec"sed to 3.30 P.M.E.W.T.and at-Aift P.M:,E.W.T. the Board reconevened and continued the examination of said records. Cpon completion of the. examination of said records the following resolution was adopted. Resolution No. 41 Introduced by Justice Noblea, . Seconded by Councilman Lampson• Whereas the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, Warren County not at the Town Clerk's Office on the 29th day of December, 1943 pursuant to the provisions of the Town Law to audit the accounts of the Supervisor and other Town Off ieers _and Whereas the Books, vouchers, Checks and records of the Supervisor Superintendent of Highways and Dockets of the Justices 96blbe and pj*tght were presented to the Board for examination and the same were examined by the Board, Be it resolved that the Town Aoard reports that- the receipts and disbursements of the several funds have been correctly made.
