Great Escape Hotel DEPARTMENT BUDGET MEETING TOWN CLERK Tax Receiver's Budget-no significant changes from 2003 Town Clerk's Budget-added equipment a new time date Machine Vital Statistics-remains the same Records Management-remains the same Elections Department-noted increase in salary for Inspectors Passed out letter from Deputy Clerk requesting upgrade, requested that both deputies receive upgrade... COMPTROLLERS OFFICE Passed out salary schedule for 2004 ... memo noted increase in the retirement system ... Equipment requested-new loader, agreed to fix old loader and not purchase a new one...misc. equipment includes two cash registers $3200.00 and in heavy equipment new snow plow $12,000 loader repairs and maintenance $13,000 office supplies-$500.00 small tools and repairs-$500.00 Legal Ads-Hazardous waste day and tire day...$700.00 Telephone - $1300.00 vehicle repair-$1000.00 Household Hazardous waste day- $28,000 suggested free latex paint day at the transfer station... trash hauling of recyclables $9500.00 Administrative fee $47,000. covers overhead...requested that Ms. Switzer find out exact cost of the accounting fee for the departments.
