1929-10-22 Regular Meeting -Oct 22-1929
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of
-queensbury, held on the above date, at 2 P.M. at the
Clerk Office, the following members were present.

11inutes of meeting held on September 24th,1929 read
and approved, In the matter of the Ripley Point, RW4, e
County supertAtendent of Highways submitted a map showing
the proposed widening of said road,and the following
resolution was adopted.
Resolution # 35 introduced by Justice Taylor
seconded. by Justice Hicks, all present voting in the
affirmative, it is resolved that the . town board of the
Town of jueensbury, approves and adopts the map prepared by
the Marren Co,Highway de2artment, dated October 17th,19`39.
and approved by Bertram Murray, County Superintendent of
Highway on October 17th, 1929 showing the widening of the
Ripley Point Highway between Dr Fred Fielding from and,
Arthur Tread store.
In regard , to the claim of hzaurice ILaynard for damage
to his automobile which occured near Ramsey form on the
mountain road , the following resolution w .,s adopted.
Resolution #36 intaerd.uced by Justice Taylor, seconded
by ^lerk Turner, all voting in the affirmative, it is "'Iereby a
resolved that the claim of 1I.1;17aurice ITa.ynard for damages to
his car to the amount '-4)65(`. be a.nd is hereby laid on the
table
In regard to the renewal of the Insurence on old
storehouse building,the following resolution was adopted.
Tesolution 7 Interduced by Justice Taylor, and
seconded by Justine Hicks, all present voting; in the
affiamative. it is hereby resolved that the super*isor
be and is autherized to pay Stewart RaeFarland agent of
the Ohio 71 rmers Insurence Co, tc the sum of 2"37. 35
the renewal of the prer,ium on poky 47782 covering the
Insurence on the storehouse onthe Aviation Tield road. j
