Special meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Town of Queensbury, was
'- held on October 2, 1973 at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of making a decision regarding
CALE DEVELOPMENT, application for variance #320.
There were present:
Charles Sicard, Acting Chairman
Charles Hutton, Secretary
Richard Sanderspree
being the quorum necessary for this application.
Appearing on behalf of the Beautification Committee was chairman Robert
Eddy and on behalf of the application were Robert Castle, Jack McAndrews and Wes
Turner.
Mr. Sicard asked if there were any other plans concerning plantings and
Mr. Castle advised there would be some in the new section.
Upon motion duly made by Mr. Sanderspree, seconded by Mr. Hutton and
carried unanimously, it was resolved that approval of application for variance
#320, Cale Development, should be subject to the approval of the Beautification
Committee's requests for plantings.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:25 p.m.
