QUEENSBURY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING
Monday, July 29, 1991
6:20 p.m.
The Zoning Board of Appeals met at a Special Meeting to consider the Parillo
application AP189 of July 24, 1989.
1. Bruce Can' made a motion: to withdraw his motion made at the Zoning Board of
Appeals meeting of July 24, 1991 requesting the rehearing of the July 24, 1989 Parillo
application.
Joyce Eggleston seconded the motion to withdraw.
The vote to withdraw: Sicard, Kelly, Goetz, Can'
Voted Yes: Eggleston, Turner
Absent: Shea
There will be no rehearing until such time as the Zoning Board of Appeals should
decide we need one.
2. Mr. Can' made a motion; seconded by Mrs. Eggleston: to amend a previous motion
(Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting July 24, 1991) concerning appeal to: authorize
Paul Dusek, Town Attorney, to make a motion to Appellate Court for leave to re-argue
or for leave to appeal their decision to the Court of Appeals.
This is with the understanding that if an appeal to the Court of Appeals is granted,
it will not be perfected until further discussed with the Zoning Board of Appeals.
The previous motions of the Zoning Board of Appeals are rescinded to the extent
contrary to this motion.

3. Motion made by Turner; seconded by Eggleston: to add the Queensbury Committee
for Community Beautification to the applicant checklist for those appearing before
the Zoning Board of Appeals.
