Guest: Jim Keller, Secretary, Zoning Board of
Appeals
1. Minutes of last meeting were approved.
2. Reviewed #001 Russell A. Stone application for
varie.ace. He wants trailer sales on Montray Road.
Disapproved as we feel this would encroach a po-
tentially desirable residential area.
3. Reviewed #003 Boychuck request for variance. Wish
to build a motel on Old.Fort Amherst Realty pro-
pel~ty off Aviation Road on Northway. We approve
subj ect to entrance being 300:~ from Northway and
as long as no major change in the plans submitted.
4. Jerry Arledge discussed land reclaimation. Can be
done by localtaxes.¡; area people a.s corporation, or
benefit district. i'unds thru Economic Opportunity
Act are available to land owners on loan basis if
not available from local banks. A corporation
could be formed but they must have 50% capital in
land or buildings. John Sinnott and Fred Austin
will work with Jerry Arledge.

wednesday, December 6, 1967.
