Presiding: Kushner Present: Austin, Cushing, Kirkpatrick, Little, Norton and Sinnott Gu<;st: Keller Executive Session 1. Keller presented Variance #71, Goldstock wants letter sign on front of building. Will act on later. 2. Special Permit #6, Dorr Martin, campsite, off Far.m-To-Market Road. Will act on later. 3. Variance 4#:69, W'oodbury, building for Goodyear on Glen St., Austin and Little reported. Tabled for further discussion. 4. T~m Board asks us to review a request by Charles Dunn for 113~d property on Corinth Road for change of zone fram C-l to C-3. Discussed. Will act on later. 5. Kushner reported that the Lake George-Lake Champlain Regional Board \-lould like to work through the Þletropoli tan Planning Board in this area. ReqHlar Meetinq 8~20 Guests: Keller and Florence McIllvaine, reporter 1. Minutes of last meeting approved. 2. Williæa Ch~~bers, Attorney and Ralph woodbury appeared re: Variance #69. This also requires a special use permit. Need variance for north lot line set back, front set baclt and lot size. Will fill and landscape .Mrs. Davis property at north. Tabled. Variance #71 Goldstock signs. Kirkpatrick made a motion, Sinnott seconded, carried to approve. 4. Special Permit #6 Martin campsite. Little made a motion, Austin seconded, carried to return to the Zoning Board of Appeals with no action as we question whether the re- quest is in conformity with the applicable requirements required for the Zoning Board of Appeals to allow this special use. 5. Zoning Change Review from Town Board. Dunn for Lord property, West GlensFalls. Austin made a motion, Cushing secondeã, carried to disapprove as we feel the C-l area as presently constituted allows sufficient leaway for business and service establishments. The creation of a C-3 zone which would permit additional gas stations as a special permitted use is unwarrented in this ares. 6. Discussed the .Hetropolitan Planning Board.
