Story town, U.S.A., Inc. d/b/a The Great Escape for a water park on Round
Pond Road in a RC-l5 zone.
Story town, U.S.A., Inc. d/b/a The Great Escape to amend the Site Plan approved
by the Planning Board in September 1988 to provide all parking on one level. This
is for the BA VARIAN PALACE on Round Pond Road.
King Fuel Company of Troy, New York: Paul D. Primeau, R.A. Exploring
the possibility of purchasing a parcel of land located on the northeast corner of
Quaker Road and Dix Avenue. Need to determine if this parcel will be an acceptable
location to construct a retail gasoline facility prior to making the final purchase.

Jim Towne and Doug Shartrand of Kingsley and Towne, 18 Computer Park West,
Albany, NY 12205 (5l8) 458-7237 have requested to meet with the Planning Board at
7:00 p.m. to discuss the use of the property of the former West Mountain Sales on Corinth
Road. Their client, Nemers, want to put a two car dealership on the property.
Also, the Policies and Procedures Manual will be an item for discussion. The Planning
Department would like to set a public hearing in December for the adoption of the Policies
and Procedures Manual.
Last but not least, it's nearing Christmas. If two evening meetings are needed would
you be willing to meet on Monday, December 19 and Tuesday, December 20? The fourth
Tuesday is December 27; your favorite relative may still be in Town!
West Mountain, Inc. is another item of business which I believe will be up for discussion
in December. A third meeting may be necessary. We don't know yet but will notify you
as soon as possible so that you may plan your December e~enings.
