QUEENSBURY RECREATION COMMISSION
MEETING NOTES
JUNE 6, 2000
Minutes of the regular meeting of the Recreation Commission of the Town of
Queensbury scheduled to be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2000, at the Queensbury
Town Office Building (TOB), Queensbury, New York.
At approximately 11:20 am today, Chairman Simmonds and the Assistant Director
decided, because of the lack of a quorum (excused absences and phone calls
previously received), that the Recreation Commission meeting scheduled for later
that evening, would have to be cancelled. All commissioners/ad hoc board
members and the media were contacted by phone and a cancellation sign was
posted at the Town Office Building.
The next scheduled meeting will be held July 11, 2000, beginning at 7:00 pm at
the Queensbury Town Office Building.
