QUEENS BURY RECREATION COMMISSION
MINUTES OF MEETING
Minutes of th.e regular meeting of the Recreation Commission of the
Town of Queensbury held Tuesday, August 13, 1996, in the pavilion
at the Gurney Lane Recreation Area, Queensbury, New York. Vice-
Chairman Auer called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m.

Commissioners Auer, LaBombard and Maine
ALSO
PRESENT:
Councilwoman Goedert and Director Hansen
ABSENT:
Commissioners Carusone, Hersh, Schachnér (ex) and
Simmonds (ex)
VISITORS:
Jim Miller
Due to the lack of a quorum, the regular meeting was adjourned
without conducting any official business. However, those present
participated in an informal discussion with J. Miller on the Hudson
River Park project. The design plans were reviewed and discussed
and J. Miller explained the wetland/river permits which would have
to be obtained before construction could begin. The meeting
concluded at approximately 8:00 p.m.
