QUEENSBURY RECREATION COMMISSION
MINUTES OF MEETING
JANUARY 11, 1995
Minutes of the regular meeting of the Recreation Commission of the
Town of Queensbury, scheduled to be held on Wednesday, January 11,
1995, at the Queensbury Town Office Building, Queensbury, New York.
At approximately 6:20 p.m., Chairman Simmonds and the Director
decided because of the lack of a quorum (phone calls received) as
well as the weather conditions (ice and snowstorm) that it would be
advisable to cancel the scheduled Recreation Commission meeting
that evening. All commissioners/Town Board member were advised and
a "meeting cancelled" sign posted on the door (room #37).
The next scheduled meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 8,
1995, beginning at 7:00 p.m., in the supervisor's meeting room
(#37), at the Town Office Building, unless it is decided,
beforehand, that an interim meeting is necessary.
