QUEENS BURY RECREATION COMMISSION
MINUTES OF MEETING
FEBRUARY 9, 1994
Minutes of the regular meeting of the Recreation Commission of the
Town of Queensbury, scheduled to be held Wednesday, February 9,
1994, at the Queensbury Town Office Building, Queensbury, New York.
At approximately 2: 00 p.m., Chairman Simmonds and the Director
decided because of the lack of a quorum (phone calls received) as
well as the weather conditions (severe snowstorm) that it was
advisable to cancel the scheduled Recreation Commission meeting
this evening. All commissioners/Town Board member were advised, a
press release faxed to the local radio stations and a "meeting
cancelled" sign posted on the door (room #37).
The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 1994,
beginning at 7:00 p.m., in the supervisor's meeting room (#37), at
the Town Office Building.
