QUEENS BURY RECREATION COMMISSION
MINUTES OF MEETING
JANUARY 13, 1993
Minutes of the regular meeting of the Recreation Commission of the
Town of Queensbury, held Wednesday, January 13, 1993, at the
Queensbury Town Office Building, Queensbury, New York.
Due to inclement weather (sever~snowstorm), a decision was made
jointly at approximately 6: 45 p.m., by the Chairman and the
Director, to cancel that evenings meeting. Most commissioners were
contacted by phone before they had left to attend the meeting.
Commissioners Hersh and Maine were already en route and the
Director told them personally when they arrived. The Director also
posted a "meeting cancelled" sign and, it was decided (Chairman &
Director), that the meeting would not be rescheduled.
The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 10, 1993,
beginning at 7:00 p.m., in the supervisor's meeting room (#37), at
the Town Office Building.
