The Director was contacted by Chairman Simmonds, at
approximately 5:30 p.m. (3/11/92) and advised that a number
of commissioners were apprehensive about the weather
(forecast was for stormS and heavy snow) and the effect
it might have on this evening scheduled meeting. It was
decided that, inasmuch as, the evening's agenda was light,
therefore, the meeting could be cancelled. The Director
called and informed the other commissioners and the Ass't.
Director. He also went to the Town Office Building and
placed a sign (meeting cancelled), on the room #37 door.
