RE: 1992 RECREATION COMMISSION MEETING - MAY
13, 1992
The Director was advised by Commission Chairman
Simmonds, on May 12th that at least two Commissioners
would be unable to attend the upcoming meeting. The
other commissioners were contacted by phone to confirm
their attendance (May 13th meeting) and it was determined
that a quorum for the meeting was not possible. Therefore,
on Wednesday morning, May 13th, the meeting was officially
cancelled (due to lack of a quorum) and all commissioners
and appropriate Town Board members were contacted.
The Director was also present at 7:00 p.m., in room #37,
to advise anyone (public, etc.), who was not aware of the
cancellation.
