RE: Cancellation of August Meeting
After reviewing the agenda for the upcoming meeting and considering the
summer situation and that some Commissioners will be away on vacation,
it has been decided that the regularly scheduled August 13th meeting of the
Recreation Commission could be cancelled. The September meeting, scheduled
for Monday, September 10th, was planned, at the July meeting, as a brief business
meeting (on site), followed by a short walking tour of the Town's river property
in the West Glens Falls area. This will still be the case and Commissioners
should note the meeting time has been moved up 1/2 hour to 7:00 P.M. If you
have any questions, or if you will not be able to attend, please call. See you
then.
