Unfinished Business
• West End Park Improvement Project — Discussion and Update—trees are
cleared which really opens up the area. Progress is moving along quickly.
Play Pro has contract for playground equipment. No changes in updated
budget. Reviewed pictures of equipment. General consensus is everyone
seems to be pleased with this project and progress being made.
• Ridge/Jenkinsville Park Project — Discussion and Update along with tour of
facility. Suggested by Chairman LaBombard to hold this section toward the
end of the meeting. The tour of the facility was very successful in terms of
the excellent areas that are a part of this project. This facility is a "jewel"
and is an asset to the community. Director Lovering is to be commended for
spearheading this project. There are still some punch list items to be
completed.
