Change of Upcoming Meeting Date
As you know, the monthly meeting of the Recreation
Commission is usually the fourth Monday of the month
(April 23, 1984). However, due to a conflict (Director
out of town on vacation) and after discussing the situation
with Chairperson Little, it has been decided to reschedule
this meeting for sometime the following week(April 30 - May 4).
Therefore, the next meeting has been tentatively set for
Thursday, May 3rd at 7:30 p.m. at the Queensbury Town Office
Building.
If for any reason you will be unable to attend, please
contact me as soon as possible, so that an alternate date
can be arranged, if a quorum will not be present.
Meetings at this time of year are extremely important
because decisions regarding summer program planning must
be made. Please make note of this change and make every
effort to attend or at least call if you have a conflict.
