Asbestos Project Monitor, visited the site at the above address on June 16th.2015 for the{ rpases of verifying the removal of asbestos containing materials previously identified in the asbestos pre-demolition inspection performed in May 2015,Alpine Project Number#15-17432-A. The asbestos materials identified during the pre-demolition inspection, namely: gaskets in a gas heater,insulation on heater exhaust duct,and glazing compound in doors and a window.were observed to have been completely removed from the building.
