Supervisor Brandt- asked the group what kind 'of service they needed. . .
Unknown- The group,.� `wishes to have transportation back and forth to
work, doctors ect. . .
questioned if the se*ior citizens bus could not be used. . .
Councilman Barber- told the group that if enough were interested that
they should contact Mr. Fisher and make their needs known. . .

Meeting called to order at 4:00 P.M.
RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL TOWN FUND TO THE -
QUEENSBURY WATER DISTRICT
RESOLUTION N0. 154, introduced by Mr. Brandt who moved its
adoption, seconded by Mr. Robertson.
WHEREAS, there are certain obligations due and payable by the
Queensbury Water District, and funds for such payments are not
available, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that $20,000 be transferred to the Queensbury Water
District on a temporary loan basis, such loan to be repaid on
or before December 31, 1976. Lean to come from the General Town Fund.
Duly adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Mr. Olson, Mr. Robillard, Mr. Robertson, Mr. Brandt.
Noes: None.
Absent: Mr. Barber.
On motion the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF MOBILE HOME PARK TO
GEORGE E. KOUBA AND RUTH KOUBA AND FOR ISSUANCE OF PERMIT FOR OPERATION
THEREOF
RESOLUTION NO. 152 Introduced by Mr. Robert Barber who moved its
adoption, seconUe r. Harold Robillard:
WHEREAS, George E. Kpuba and Ruth Kouba of. 12 Wincrest Drive, Glens Falls,
New York have made due application for authorization for the transfer of
ownership to the said George E. Kouba and Ruth Rouba of the premises pres-
ently known as S'eaver's 'Mobile Home Park situate at 39 Montray Road in the
Town of Queensbury, and for the issuance .of. e permit .to, opperate said- prem-
ises as a mobile home park under the name of Montray 'Heights Mobile Home
Park, and
S, it has been determined that, said mobile home. park pre-existed
the adoption of the "Ordinance for the Regulation of'Mobile Homes and
Mobile Home Courts in the Town of Queensbury, Warren County, New York"
(hereinafter referred to as the Ordinance) , and
WHEREAS, it has been determinedithat' said mobile home park appears to be
in conformity with all health, safety and other regiiirements and laws of
the Town of Queensbury and the Sta4e. of New York, and
WHEREAS, it does not appear that any det9tftfttal effect would result from
the transfer of ownership of the premises to George E. Kouba and Ruth Kouba
and from the issuance of $ permit for the operation of said mobile home
park pursuant to the appropriate provisions of the Ordinance, now, there-
fore
BE IT RESOLVED, that authorization for the sale •of the aforesaid premises
and mobile home park to George E. Kouba d d Ruth Kouba-be and the same
hereby is grantedand that • the -appropriate officials And employees of the
Town of Queensbury be and the same persons are hereby authorized and .di
rected to issue to George E. Kouba and Ruth Kouba a permit for 'the opera-
tion of the aforesaid mobile home park under the name Montray Heights
Mobile Home Park in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance.
