Royal Tenants, We have great news. We have been working on a redesign of our road monument sign with the Town of Queensbury for aver a year now. This involved many meetings,surveys, paperwork and culminated in a Queensbury Planning Board Variance meeting where we have received approval for all tenants to have signage on the road sign. Each tenant business sign is limited to 8.5" tall by 4'8" wide. A computer image of the reconfigured sign can be seen in our office or can be requested by email. As far as exact position on the sign, we will allow the current tenants with the greatest seniority to choose first as to sign placement and so forth. A sign permit is required from the Town of Queensbury for $9.15ea. West Signs will need to be contacted for creation and installation of your individual sign (518-747-5283). This is great news and will allow your business to enjoy greater exposure from signage directly on the road.
