Re: Adirondack Outlet Mall- LL Bean retail space
At the above referenced project location our office has been performing periodic site observations
during the tenant fit up being performed by V & H Construction. It is our understanding that the
majority of the construction is complete at this point and the LL Bean retail team will be looking to
start their merchandising installations beginning on the 15th or the 17th of August.
At this point I believe the majority of the work inside the retail space has been satisfactorily
completed and is acceptable to this office. We understand that this temporary occupancy will only
be for the LL Bean team and that the space will not be open to the public until their fit up team has
completed their installations. We will be on site periodically during this work as well since the
façade renovations will be ongoing during this time as well as the remaining interior façade work for
