P. #1942 Glens Falls, New York Dear Sir: We are responding as follows to your comments on the drawings and speci- fications submitted for the above project: 1. Handicap facilities - We are not installing any new toilet facilities in this phase. We are providing doorways wide enough for wheel chair use and have no steps. 2. Exiting - The present number satisfies requirements. When Phase III is added, additional exit units are provided to com- pensate for door #1. 3. Fire separation - It is the owner's strong feeling that a smoke separation is not warranted between Phase I and II because it is prohibitive to their use of the building and the occupancy is not that high. _ 4. We will add a heat and smoke detecting/alarm devise to the building per your request. • We hope these answer your questions and that a permit may now be issued. Thank you for your assistance.
