RE: Townhouses at Haviland Homeowners' Association, Inc.
Dear Mr. Brown,
I, as the president of the Townhouses at Haviland Homeowners' Association, Inc.,
am submitting this application letter as a request for a plan development
subdivision proposal modification.
The landscape plan filed originally by Schemerhorn Properties, Inc. was approved
as filed and subsequently transferred to Amedore Land Developers LLC which then
developed the properties. The original landscape plan indicated that a walking trail
was to be established along with a gazebo/sitting area.
The original offering plan indicated that 38 homes were to be developed by the
Sponsor (Amedore Land Developers LLC) and after a period of time passed, the
Association would be transferred to a board of directors elected by the
homeowners. This was accomplished at the annual meeting held on Thursday,
January 29, 2015.
A survey was conducted of the 38 homes with four being unsold at the time of the
survey, one homeowner did not respond to the survey with the remaining
homeowners indicating that they were in favor of eliminating the walking trail and
gazebo/sitting area.
Therefore, please accept this letter as our official request that the walking trail and
gazebo/setting area be eliminated from the official landscape plan as originally
filed.
In addition to this letter, I am submitting the required documentation including a
revised landscape plan indicating what the development would be with the
elimination of the walking trail and gazebo/sitting area.
Please feel free to contact me if there is additional information that may be needed
to complete this modification.
