Gentlemen:
Haanen Engineering (Dan De Nero) completed the structural special inspection for the
above referenced project prior to placement of concrete on Friday morning, April 24, 2015.
Foundation insulation was in place, edge haunches were constructed with proper
reinforcing steel and welded wire fabric reinforcing was in place—all as per the foundation
drawings.
The foundation pad for the Lehigh electrical building foundation was constructed as per
the stamped and signed construction drawings.
