Dear John:
As you are aware, our office prepared site planning documents for the Mattison Motors at Lower
Warren Street and Green Ave. Representatives of our office visited the site numerous times during
construction.
The septic system consists of a 1,000 gallon septic tank and 100' (2 trenches at 50' each) of pipe
in stone absorption trench. It is my opinion that the septic system was Installed in general
conformance with the approved plans.
Site layout, grading and stormwater controls have been installed In general conformance with the
approved site plans. There are some street trees and final turf establishment work to be
completed in the spring as weather allows.
