Dear Mr. Patten:
At your request we have performed a percolation test on Lot #6 of the Ridgewood Court
Subdivision. The test was performed in the location you chose for the proposed septic system.
Percolation test
Test run at a depth of 24"in a 30"deep hole
Stabilized percolation rate— 1" in 1 minutes 38 seconds
The percolation test result is consistent with the percolation test results provided on the approved
subdivision drawings. As discussed the septic system size and layout should follow the standard
septic system details provided on the approved subdivision plans. The proposed 3 bedroom
house will require a 1,000 gallon septic tank and a minimum of 138 lineal feet of absorption
trench.
