Enclosed please find an application and information requested for a building permit to finish outfitting our
church kitchen which was previously approved on our Building Permit No. P2010047. We are looking to
install a stove hood, ductwork, ansul system,exhaust& supply fan.
Information includes:
•Architectural drawing of Kitchen layout.
>Architectural Cross section drawing of hood.
>Cross sections of ductwork going up through the attic area,showing truss/duct clearances.
>Ansul System information from installer
I have also provided the Queensbury Fire Marshall with this Information.
