Brief Description of Proposed Action:
The project will be developed on a site controlled by the applicant.The site comprised of multiple Tax Parcels currently owned by Mr. Frank
Parillo.The project anticipates executing a lot line adjustment which will create a 2.3±acre parcel at the southern extent of the lands owned by
Parillo which will be purchased by the applicant.These parcels are located on Corinth Road to the Sorth and East of the intersection with Big
Bay Road with frontage on Big Bay Road.The applicant proposes to construct a 12,460 sf,4 story hotel with 89 rooms,associated parking
facilities and an asphalt interconnect which will provide access to both Corinth Road to the North and Big Bay Road to the West.
The project also envisions the construction of all utilities including telephone/cable,water,sanitary sewer and stormwater management
facilities.Drinking water will be tied into the public drinking water supply in Big Bay Road.Additionally,sanitary sewer will flow by gravity to the
public waste water system in Corinth Road.An Area Variance for Height, Floor Area Ratio and entrance off of frontage is required
