The field location was slightly shifted as reflected on the attached as-built plan. All other aspects of the work were constructed as designed and using the materials as specified. Based on my observation of the site and discussion with the system installer I submit this letter to indicate that the wastewater system has been installed in compliance with the intent of the referenced Plan. With the completion of the hydroseeding of the disturbed areas I can confirm that the stormwater/erosion control management systems have been installed in compliance with the Craig Brown, Dave Hatin ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN PARTNERSHIP, LIP.
