These minutes were kept by Mrs . Dougher in the absence of the
secretary.
Cemetery vouchers were signed and deeds were signed as happens
at each meeting.
John Dunn reported that John VanDusen, Town Surveyor, would
meet with the Commission next Wednesday, Nov.10, for the
purpose of locating the survey lines between the Cale Development
Corp. and the Pine View Cemetery. It is believed that Cale has
encroached onto Cemetery land.
Mr, Dunn reported the West Glens Ealls fence is repaired. Some
discussion on the care of the outside cemeteries followed. There
has been no further information regarding the Stevenson matter.
The Commission authorized Dunn to replace one maple tree that
was recently removed and to purchase storm windows for the
office building.
Landscaping of the new section will be left until spring.
The total receipts were 43038. This information was reported
by Mr. Dunn at the Dec .l meeting and included now by the
secretary as she enters the minutes .
