July 19 , 1950
Meeting called to order by President Regan at
8 :00 F. M.
Commissioners Regan and Van Dusen present ; also ,
Supt . Frank Scoville and Julian Beaudet of Lake George present .
Monthly bills were audited.
A discussion on the erection of the fence at Sunny-
side Cemetery took place , and it was decided to make another
attempt to get a new fence built as soon as possible by the
Queensbury Town Board.
Secretary Van Dusen was designated to attend the
next meeting of the Town Board.
Supt . Scoville reported that the dump truck was badly
in need of repairs. Motion duly made, seconded and carried that
Supt. Scoville have the necessary repairs made to truck by Elmer
Barber, Miller Hill.
Supt. Scoville is to have "Pine View Cemetery" sign
. painted as quickly as possible.
Receipts of the month were as follows : Foundations ,
$138.37; Interments , $5.00; Sale of Lots , $480.00; Total, $623.37.
$120.00 is to go into Perpetual Care Fund and $503.37 to Supervisor
Harris for Cemetery Fund.
Julian Beaudet expressed his desire to purchase some
pine trees from the Town at a reasonable cost . These trees to come
from the northerly part of the Pine View Cemetery property which
adjoins his property. He also expressed his willingness to co-
operate with the Town to establish proper boundry lines between tie
two properties. �j�
