A discussion took place regarding proposed amend-
ment to the legislation relating to our Cemetery Commi-
ssion , in which we are to be enabled to legally have
custody and control of Town monies which have been
paid by persons purchasing lots in Pineview Cemetery
for the purpose of setting up a perpetual care fund .
Secretary is directed to, write a letter to
Supervisor H. Russel Harris urging the introduction
of such legislation in the coming session of the
Senate and Assembly in Albany.
