All Commissioners & Supt. Scoville & John Dunn preseht.
State Auditors have informed us that the $10,000.00
on deposit in Glens Falls Savings & Loan Assn. is not a proper
investment for the perpetual Care fund. Upon motion & vote, the
treasurer is authorized to withdraw this deposit and place the
same on a 6 month certificate of Deposit in Jhe First National
Bank of Glens Falls, which we are informed, would be a legal
depositdry. Treasurer, Frank Cowles, President Uharies Denny
and Secretary, Sidney Van Dusen are authorized to w/draw money
on termination of the Certificate of Deposit.

Supt. Scoville reported that new area in front of office
is all graded and seeded. Recommended arrangement of trees and
shrubs submitted by Dick Mead was discussed. Motion duly made,
seconded & carried that Supt. be authorized to place an order
with Mead's Nursery for planting according to the plan at the
proper season this fall.
