During construction, a modification to the sewer connection location was made to account for field conditions. This was reviewed and accepted by the Queensbury Wastewater Department. Also, a drywell was added to the north of the building which was reviewed and accepted by the Planning and Zoning Department. Both these modifications are indicated on the attached record drawing. Based upon our inspections and discussions with the contractors, it is our opinion that the site utilities and geometry have been completed in general conformance with the approved site plans, as noted on the attached record drawing. The obvious exception to this is permeable surfaces finishes and site landscaping which is limited at this time by seasonal conditions. These areas are to be temporarily mulched to contain erosion and will be finished as the weather allows. Please contact me if you have any questions or if you require additional information.
