At the above referenced project location this office observed the installation of the new pump
chamber and the pressure bed sewage disposal field prior to back fill. The attached as-built plans
represent the modifications made by the installer in the field due to site conditions.
These modifications have been noted and are acceptable to this office. If there are any questions
