This letter is to formally request a temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the storage
units erected on Upper Sherman Avenue in the town of Queensbury. I am requesting
temporary relief from the blacktop paving requirement until June 2009 due to the
inclement weather at this time of year.
If, by July 1, 2009,the property has not been paved to previously approved
specifications, it is understood that the CO will be revoked until all required work is
