Re: 238 Bay Road— Kubricky Building
At the above referenced project location we have reviewed the final installation of the remaining
items on the building department check list of outstanding items for final certificate of occupancy.
The wall between the office area and the storage bay has been fully sealed to the ceiling and the
doors have had the closer mechanisms installed. The exterior stair has been completed and has
been finished so that the top platform is now flush with the second floor level. Based on these
observations it appears that all items are complete and are acceptable to this office.
